Alrighty... i'm a bit confused on this...

When you go into your inventory... you only get that SMALL space...

is there anywhere to store items?... or do u just have that extremely tiny inventory... all the time?

Default Check the Threads [search]

If you search the threads for pouches, bags, vaults, you'll see that as the game progresses, you get additional storage. BUT not unlimited.

Do you mean 20 slots by small? If so, then yes, the backpack only holds 20 items.

If you mean 5 slots by small, then you accidentally clicked on your new belt pouch.

Don't worry about slots though. Post searing every outpost has a vault where you can stash all your crafting/collector stuff. That way you can free all the slots for loot.

Lastly, there are some runes that will make your 5 slot containers into 10 slot ones. That'll put you at 50 slots on you. Not quite EQ, but you don't have to carry food, water and bandages either

Don't forget the vault either. I don't remember how many slots it has though... 25 maybe?

The belt pouch is available Pre-searing from the collector to the left of the main Ascalon gate. He wants 5 skale fins. It is also available from the collector in the middle of Ashford for 5 worn belts. The bags and vault are only available post searing. The belt pouch can also be purchased post-searing if you missed it. These things are available from the Merchant in Ascalon City. The scroll/rune to increase the size of the bag are available later on. Yak's Bend I think, but I'm at work and don't remember clearly.
